The corner stones of Peace

The Peace Region of Alberta is known as the honey capital of Canada. There are hectares upon hectares of land filled with agricultural food for the masses. The honey bees that help grow those crops also make the honey that grows this mead. Just like bees pollinating the fields help make them flourish and grow, yeast with honey and water are the foundation that gives this mead life.

We love demonstrating our craft and we love giving people a taste of what we do. Literally. We have multiple opportunities to taste test our selections and if you're lucky, an up and coming selection too. We host multiple mead tastings throughout the year and some are held off site at special events. Please come join us!
